Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Podcast with Aashi, we strive to provide high-quality podcast production, promotional services, and collaborations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments are handled.

 

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Podcast with Aashi are non-refundable.

Once a booking, service, or collaboration is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction after service delivery

  • Failure to attend scheduled recordings

 

2. Cancellation Policy

a) By the Client / Guest

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled recording.

  • If canceled within this timeframe, the booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show, and no rescheduling will be provided.

 

b) No-Show Policy

If a guest or client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice:

  • The booking will be considered forfeited

  • No refund or rescheduling will be allowed

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 15 days of the original booking

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur extra charges

 

4. Service Delivery & Approval

  • Once the podcast is recorded and delivered (including edited content or promotional materials), it will be considered successfully completed

  • Minor revisions may be provided at our discretion

  • No refunds will be issued after content delivery

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings

  • Work will not begin until payment is received

  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared before final delivery or publication

 

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, will only be considered in rare and exceptional situations, solely at the discretion of Podcast with Aashi management.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a violation of this policy

  • We reserve the right to take necessary legal action in such cases

 

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
